We will do our very best to keep the website up to date at all times. However, we cannot guarantee that items displayed will be available. All prints are made to order and we will aim to process your order request within 7 - 10 working days.
Brown Betty Blue accepts most major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Payment will be debited from your account prior to the order being dispatched to you. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. In the event of a card refusal, we will not accept the order, we will not be liable for delay or non delivery.
Our prices may change without prior notice at any time.
All charges and refunds are in UK Pound Sterling (£). Brown Betty Blue cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuation.
All items are made to order therefore do take a little longer to get to you. All orders will be dispatched within 7-10 days of placing the order.
Please note that Brown Betty Blue is not responsible for any additional duties or taxes which may be payable on receipt.
Brown Betty Blue are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on any non personalised item you are not satisfied with within 14 days of receipt. We will only accept returned items in their original condition and packaging
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If you not 100% satisfied with your non personalised item please simply return it to the below address and we will process the refund as soon as we receive your order back with us safely.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item will remain your responsibility until we receive it.
Once we have received the goods in ‘as sold’ condition, we will refund your credit/debit card excluding the original postage costs within 14 days.
We treat all personal information as confidential. We will never pass on your personal information to a third party.
