Delivery Info

All items are made which can take a little longer than the next day websites out there :) All orders will be made and dispatched within 7-10 days of placing the order.  

We dispatch via Royal Mail First Class - these time frames are a guide.

UK 3 - 5 working days from date of dispatch

EU 7 - 10 days from date of dispatch

ROW 10 - 15 working days from date of dispatch

 

General

Orders will be sent to the delivery address specified when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels if you request that it is left somewhere other than the address it has been posted to. 

If your parcel is lost, please contact us quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate with the carrier.

Returns

If you not 100% satisfied with your item please simply email us to discuss. However personalised items can not be returned unless faulty.
